The international studies major will study local economic development as she pursues
a master's at the London School of Economics and Political Science.

The counseling graduate student who has cared for her husband, a wounded Iraq War
veteran, will work with fellow caregivers and policymakers to raise awareness of issues
affecting military families.
Pavan Ahluwalia ('26 TAMS)
Goldwater Scholar
His research led to his creation of a passivation-coating process for aluminum to
mitigate bi-metallic corrosion in copper-aluminum wire bonds – promising to speed
the production of more reliable semiconductor devices.

He worked on developing safer chemicals and intends to continue researching solubility
and chemical thermodynamics.
Aniruth Ananthanarayanan ('26 TAMS)
Goldwater Scholar
He investigated various problems in theoretical physics through the lens of group
theory and computational modeling. He is considering an M.D./Ph.D. to support a long-term
career in translational research.
